BIOS freezing

I home built myself a gaming rig about a month ago and it's been working fine until when running games it would crash. I suspected a graphics card issue, then a RAM issue, now a motherboard issue. After opening my computer, removing and testing components, I can't boot up without it freezing during POST or BIOS. I suspect a RAM or a motherboard issue, but I thought I would ask the community.

Specs:
Intel i7 930 @2.8 ghz
Asus P6X58D Premium
Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C7 4gigs
EVGA 470 GTX
OCZ ModXStream 700w
WD 1TB caviar blue

Clear the CMOS and try
if it boots up
run a Memtest86 for sure
testing one stick at a time
till you find faults if any

I cleared CMOS and did memtest86 with no errors. But when I do run memtest86 my computer randomly shuts down, making me think it's a motherboard issue.

I fixed the issue. It turns out that the XMP profile for my RAM wasn't set right. I manually fixed the timings and now it works.
