Best card for my pc..(case,psu,budget)...

As i am a 13 year old boy so i dont know as much as you but have some small idea about graphics card...so Which is best graphics for my cpu...specs are
1-asus p5kpl-cm motherboard(pci-e x16 1.0)
2-intel core 2 duo e7300 @3.22 ghz(overclocked from 2.66 ghz)
3-2gb ddr2 667 mhz ram
4-zebronics 450 watt psu
5-zebronics blaze cpu case[dimenson-17.5(w)38(d)40.8(h)cm]
6-a 17 inch crt moniter(resolution - 1024x768)
my budget is $130..
So i need a graphics card that is under my budget,that should work fine with my psu,would compatible with pci-e x16 1.0 card,would fit in my cpu case(need a 15cm height card and would not bottleneck my system....your advice is very useful to me....thanx in advance......!

If there is any way you can get 20 - 40 $ more you should get a Radeon 5750 (20$ more) or a Radeon 5770 (40-50$ more).

Well it should do if im looking at the right case the Blaze is a full ATX case. Its the width that is the limiting factor of the case and that equates to the height of the card when in the PCIE slot. That card isnt 17.5 cm tall when in the slot of that im certain.
