Sample of motherboard for sony digital camera

Hello, I tended to have a 12.1 Megapixels DSC-W310 Model camera serving me well for the last 5 months until the it mulfunctioned two times when the control button stopped functioning and the last time the motherboard just produced smoke through the control button just after I had received it from the dealers. What do you think is the cause of such reactions?

To be honest, be easier and cheaper just to buy a new camera considering it retails for $100.
