Intel Celeron D 352 @3,2ghz

i want to overclock intel celeron d 352,and get him highest i can with stock cooling..
What can i do? should i try to lower the cpu voltage so it doesnt get hot? how low should i go?
Motherboard is ASUS P5W DH Deluxe.
power supply is some Rhino brand 550w
Ram is 1gb OCZ 2V8001G.
Few days ago i tried to OC but i wasnt sure about it.so i just set some ASUS bios built in oc settings at 20%,and nothing else,it worked whole day at 3,8ghz.. but i didnt wanted cpu dead so i restored default settings.. Any help i helpful

i had one, and with stock cooling,3.6ghz was stable, i would get some new hardware though tbh

Im using that cpu on back up pc..but i saw that they are good for overclocking. How high could i go with raising or lowering voltage.. will i be able to set it to 3.6 with lower voltage? What do you think is maximum with stock air cooler?
