I have an old desktop..think it was custom built and has a Elite Group (ECS) 761GX-M754 (3.0A) Motherboard (http://allaboutmotherboards.com/elitegroupmotherboards-071220071129425-2.shtml). It has one PCI Express x16 slot. I am looking to install a graphics card where I can connect it to the TV via S-video, and I can use the VGA slot to connect to the monitor at the same time. I searched but couldn't find any. If anyone can help, that'd be great.

Also I recently installed Windows Live Mail and used to have the Outlook Express to check my email (the one our ISP provided). Once Windows Live Mail downloads those messages, can I get rid of Outlook Express?

When I install the new graphics card, do I have to disable the on-board graphics, I suppose I should check the MB manual??!!

Forgot to mention, it runs XP Home with 512MB DDR RAM (will upgrade to 1GB shortly) and AMD Sempron 2GHz processor

Is this a good graphics card http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3192397&CatId=1558
