Which memory should I get??

I am thinking about getting the Corsair CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 RAM (XMS3) (4GB kit), or OCZ3P1600LV4GK DDR3 1600MHz 4GB Kit. Not sure which one would be better. The Corsair RAM is $24 cheaper... I like to save money when I can, but want to know if it would be worth it to just spend the extra $24 on the OCZ instead of the Corsair.
