Help selecting memory

Hi can any body tell me if my MOBO (GA-MA790FXT-UD5P) supports 1600MHz ram

i was looking at getting 2 Corsair CMZ4GX3M1A1600C9 Vengeance 4GB 1600mhz 9-9-9-24, 1.5v, XMP Support. For AMD and Intel Platforms to replace the old kingston ram

The corsair should work fine, but you may have to run the memory setting in manual mode or even overclock the cpu to run at 1600. It's no big deal; I forced my 1066 ram to run at 1600 when mixed with my new 1600 ripjaws. I didn't expect it to work, but it's running well.

im running Phenom 965 black (3.4GHz) if that matters
