PWM Fan

So this isn't a pressing issue, but the PWM fan on my AMD heatsink hovers around 3300RPM all the time. Is there something I need to enable so the motherboard will control the RPM? Thanks in advance!

Yep go into the PC Health area in your bios.
You will see Smart Fan and options for Auto,Voltage,and PWM.
