Just built me and my wife new rigs last weekend....

AMD 965 http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103727

Asus M4A785TD-V EVO http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131398&cm_re=m4a785td-v_evo-_-13-131-398-_-Product

4 gigs ram http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820145263

HD5870 http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/PID-MX25835(ME).aspx

Win7 x64

Seems to run Dirt 2 no problems but for some reason with everything cranked up in Aion get a pretty bad jitter pretty much everywhere especially in Pandamonium. Updated all my drivers and even flashed bios ( bios flash was more because at start-up every once in awhile the vid card wouldnt post and found it was a fix for my MB) . Havent changed any settings in bios other that disabling onboard graphics. My wifes PC has everything the same except havent updated her drivers other than vid card and havent flashed bios, yet she has the same issue, granted doesnt seem quite as bad.

Any help would be greatly appriciated!!

A couple of questions so bear with me :D

Are u using the updated *64 bit* catylist drivers from ATI's site?

Also, Aion may have some issues with the card.

You may(doubtedly) be getting internet lag. That COULD be producing a jittery effect.

What kind of power supply do you have?

thanks

1. running 10.2 of catylist and is the win7 64
2. psu antec earthwatts 750

Aion isnt too demanding or atleast been told with the system I built that it would chew up aion, we get 35-65 fps in game average.

Ok new issue......

Every so often everything loads just fine then out of no where the monitor will get no signal, switched monitors and same issue, its like the vid card HD5870 just stops putting out signal. Restart fixes it everytime.

Any help would be greatly appriciated!

That would be a driver issue. I had the same problem with the 197 drivers for my 260GTX.

It says Video Device stopped responding. Windows has corrected this error.

I used my rollback driver as well and it works fine now.

Sorta late for this but...Have u used an nVidia card on ur current PC?

If so you may need to use driver cleaner.
