Hello,
I purchased the above drive to replace my 500gb failed drive on my ms-7312 motherboard. The system will not recognize the drive, and I cannot seem to find jumper settings that will make it work. Can you help??

This was the primary drive. I was able to fix it by jumpering pins 7&8, then the bios was able to recognize it.
I am not sure why western digital doesn't provide this information.

Hello, I've got the same problem, but the drive (WD10EZEX) is a secondary one. And I've already tried formatting it. I can't also seem to find a driver for this one no where, and I've been looking for one for a long time. What can I do?
