My 8500 gt fan not working i want to automatically reboot option when temperatur

Hello, i am getting a problem from my 8500gt fan.
sometimes fan is not working & temperature getting high.
Now just tell me how to set "highest value temperature". if temperature reached to maximum value pc will be shut down/reboot.

just tell me how to configure maximum value of temperature?
