Bios setup Problems

Hello,
What settings should beused in the 790fx bios for the Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition?
None of the programs from DFI work with Windows 7. Default settings put CPU at 1.7 MHZ instead of 3.4 MHZ.

Check for BIOS updates first. And are you sure the 1.7ghz isnt because of CnQ?

Loaded the latest Bios. A little new to working with the bios - what is CnQ? It's my friends computer and actually from what I can determine his motherboard doesn't support the Phenom II x4 965 Black Edition - until they come out with another update to the bios.
