Asus sabertooth x58 problems

Hello,
i was try to restore the systm,but after i re-install and the systm restart the computer for me the 1st time, the monitor turn to black and said"no signal" then i findout there is a light on the borad call cpu_led is red. The compuer still could turn on and run,but nothing is on the monitor. I restart the computer again, nothing is getting better.Thing getting worse, there is another light call Dram_led is turn on red. I don't know what happen please help anyone. Please!

Make sure the 8-pin connector near the cpu socket is connected.

In the worst case either your cpu or ram went bad or maybe both, or the mobo.
