Does ANYBODY make a GOOD internal card reader???

I have yet to find an internal card reader that is reliable for any more than a few weeks. They either don't work at all, are hit and miss with reading or die after a month or so. Are these things that hard to make? I would love to hear from somebody who can recommend a really good one.

BTW... I now need one that plays well with Win7 32
