Help overclocking Intel Q6600 on a EVGA nForce 750i Board

Hi All,

I have never overclocked before and was hoping I could get some help. I have an older machine that I use for gaming and would like some help overclocking. I read that the Q6600 is very stable at 3.0 to 3.2 GHZ and was hoping someone could walk me through the steps on getting that setup. I have a after market cooler with a 90mm fan, which I read was also required.

Machine Specs:
Intel Q6600 CPU
EVGA nForce 750i
8 Gigs of PC2-6400
Dual Nvidia GTX 560 SLI mode
750w Power supply
200GB SSD
Windows 7 64 bit

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
