Can anyone help me ive been googling, but i havent gotten very far. Im getting all my computer parts Monday and this is my first build. Any help would be appreciated. im buying the 128 gigs.

Solution
I usually use a version of the ultimate boot disk which has most of the manufacturers utilities on it.

Which motherbd do you have and which SSD are you getting?

All you have to do is make sure the motherboard SATA ports are in AHCI mode in BIOS. Plug in the SSD by itself ( make sure you connect it to a SATA 6Gb/s port ) and install the OS. After you install the OS you can plug in your data drives.

Lol I had to read it twice after seeing your answer, it made me think I had read it wrong.

The Samsung drive should be up to date I would guess. You should not have to do anything but install Windows.
