I have z77 ud3h for my old mother board and frio extreme heatsink> I should buy new mainboard z77a mpower or liquid cooling system? Because I want to overclock to a high speed my range is 4.5ghz to 5.0 ghz

probably liquid cooling, that board will last you a while. With Gigabyte always sending new firmware updates, i'm pretty sure you'll be fine.

That's a great motherboard AND a great air cooler.

I don't see why you would change either component? (You don't list a reason so it's hard to help there).

I assume you're overclocking the CPU but there's still little reason to change anything.

Don't bump your post like this, especially in such short amount of time. People (including myself) generally don't like to help when this happens.

And don't bother with new mobo or liquid cooling your already set for that. What you need to do is turn on the AC or get an AC for your birthday that will help more.
