yes you can overclock any video card on any motherboard

Frequency increase percentage is almost linear to performance increase percentage (so for example a GPU overclock of 10% will in most games convert to almost 10% performance increase providing no bottlenecks are present).

Have a look vai google to find out what other people are overclocking their GTX670's to, this will give you a rough idea of what you can expect.
