Low-Profile cooler

Hi there! I'd like to do some OC on my FX8350 so have to replace the stock cooler. But I have a xPredator X1 form Aerocool that allow a max height of 158mm. Anyway I don't want to be at risk buying for example a 150mm one. I need a pretty good low-profile cooler. I can spend something like 65$.
I could even buy an AIO liquid cooling system, but I'm not sure it will give better performances due to the money limitation.

Maybe an AIO could be my choice. What about the H80i? Except for the cost, does it worth the difference compared to H60?
In many reviews I read it keeps the cpu 2-3C cooler and it's also a little bit quiter. The desing and water pipes are better too.

The H80i seems to do really well but obviously it's over your budget at $95 on newegg so you'll have to decide if the extra cooling power is worth the cost.

I gave it up with the budget and so found the h80i. I read that pre-applied thermic compoud is not that bad, isn't it?

Yeah I've also read that the pre-applied compound is pretty good aswell, though I haven't personally tested it.

Thank you for the help. I think I'll wait for the brand new Cooler Master V4 GTS. If fits in my case with just its 147mm in height and red leds that match perfectly in my case.
