Case Fan Question

I am looking at upgrading the fans in my NZXT Tempest case. I will be replacing my top 140mm and side 120mm with thesehttp://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835233036 . I will use these, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835200049 , for my front and rear fans. I sometimes use my computer as a media center to watch videos, so I would like to throttle the fans a bit. I decided on this, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811992005 ,. My question is, would I need to get the variable type fans for the controller or can I use the ones I listed?

you can use most any fans with the controller. btw ur 1st link is broken
