Looks good, if you're not going to CrossFireX later, then get a 770 chipset based motherboard, if you are, nvm, the only thing I can thing of boosting performance is getting a SSD for quick bootup + a few games etc.

Everything looks good. As pointed out, if not planning on crossfire in the future, you'd be OK with a different board, but the one you have is a nice choice.

If it were me, I'd go with a different PSU - one by Corsair, Antec, or PC Power & Cooling - high quality and very reliable.
