Best cooling solution ( CPU )

Hey their people, today i would like to know what is the best solution for cooling my CPU.

I do NOT want to buy liquid cooling stuff unless it is something like a H100i or something.

I only want to buy something like a h80 or h100i if it is actually very very good.

I have herd some things like the PHANTEKS PH-TC14PE beat the H100 etc etc.

What is the best heat sync under £75 that meets up to something like a h80. ?

Noctua NH-D14 < Ugly, but efficient fans,cools like a beast and easy to install.

PHANTEKS PH-TC14PE < comes in 4 colors,and cools almost exactly the same as the Noctua.

Noctua is a little quieter.

while u are here, can you help me out ?

My graphics card has a build up of dust etc. and i cant open the front fan pannel as i cant get into the screws to get to the radiator.

Do i just remove ALL screws on the back of the pcb board ?

An H110 with 4 Noctua 140mm's is the BEST outside of custom loop cooling.
