Disk formating read only files

hi help me format the disk

Right click, click on format. Make sure it's the drive with the flash media in it.

If that does not work - try sliding the switch up or down on the flash media itself - as that locks it.

If that still doesn't work - your flash media might be corrupted. They do not last forever.
