Is it safe to download physxloader.dll from DLL files.com?

If I try to play a game on my PC I get the message that the physxloader.dll isn't found. NVIDIA won't let me load a phyx update, so can I trust DLLfiles.com? Thanks.

reinstall the latest nvidia drivers, if that doesnt work get driver cleaner and wipe out all nvidia display drivers and install a fresh set
