Too much difference between Atlhon II x4 and Phenom II x4 ?

ok the title say it all, i want to use it mostly for gaming (i dont do encoding or any video stuff)

i mean, will i see any REAL difference (10 fps) when gaming ?

my PC:

HD 5770
4gb DDR3
Samsung LCD 17' (max resolution 1280*720)

Games i constantly play: TF2, BFBC2, L4D1/2, CS:S, Company of Heroes and Dawn of War 2

Specifically, with that video card and that resolution, you won't. Head into dual monitor territory and you certainly will.
Then again, you should be getting more FPS than the monitor's refresh rate with that combo.
