Which one of these will perform best on cpu (i5 3570k) overclocking? I'll be using air most likely (mugen 3 or noctua d14), or Corsair H80 if I can get a good deal on it.
boards are:
Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H
Asrock Z77 Pro3 (4+1 phase afaik)
asrock is cheaper than gigabyte and comes in a bundle with 3570k, very good deal for me. only thing I'm not sure about it the low power phase.
I could also add a few more bucks and get the z77 fatal1ty board (16+8 phase!) and it will give me an option to CFX in the future.
Fatal1ty is cheaper than extreme3\4 boards by asrock.
Thanks and have a great weekend everybody.

By looking at reviews, even the Asrock Z77 Pro3 can handle a 3770K @ 4.6Ghz, obviously the quality of your CPU matters aswell (how much voltage it needs for 4.5-4.6Ghz) but I would imagine most 3570Ks would do 4.5Ghz with the Asrock Z77 Pro3. Just make sure your case has good airflow to keep the motherboard's VRM's cool.

Fractal Design XL R2, is that good? comes with the regular included fans, I didn't add any.. 1 rear, 1 front, 1 bottom

Yep not a bad choice by any means, good layout and lots of space, I would just add a good quality fan in the roof to exhaust the warm air from the VRM's
