Keep getting the blue screen while downloading windows xp

Hello,
I have just bought a new (non-dell) computer and a Dell windows xp re instillation disc. But every time i get to a certain point in the instillation the blue screen appears.
Any help?
I can't even do a factory reset, i can only go into: Post screen, BIOS set up, xpress recovery (Doesn't work) boot menu, q-flash.
here are my comp specs: Galaxy 3 AMD FX Quad Core 3.6ghz Desktop Gaming PC 500GB 8GB DDR3 Ati 6570 1GB

That Dell CD is only legal when used with the Dell PC it came with. Also, it expects to see certain Dell hardware, so I am not surprised you are seeing a blue screen.
