Data error (cyclic redundancy check)

Hello,
I am trying to back up OUtlook and am getting the message: Cannot copy Outlook; Data error (cyclic redundancy check). How can I fix this? I need to back up the program before getting on a plane.

What are you trying to back up to? That might be an error for the disk or flash driver you are using.
