is there any difference between these drive ive never had a ssd drive dont no to much about them...

Not real difference since they both use the same controller they will have very simular performance.

The Sandisk seem to have better ratings but alot of the bad OCZ rating are from failed rebates and not really drive issues.

I would say get the one that has better service in your area or is easier to ship back should there be a problem during the warranty period.
