I've been experimenting with memory timing on my Asus M6Ne notebook. On
this notebook (and most in general, it seems) the BIOS doesn't have any
menu options for setting CAS latency. I've written up a brief note here
http://highlandsun.com/hyc/centrino/
that describes how to use WPCREDIT to manually set your memory timing to
take advantage of faster memory. It's nothing earth-shattering, I only
get about a 1.5-1.6% speedup. But I figured it was worth mentioning...
