Am building a budget HTPC for basically web surfing and DVD/Blu Ray playback and had two questions:

Which AMD cpu at the price point of $60-90 would be best?

The ASUS mobo I am using has on board Radeon 4200 with sideport, would you suggest a graphics card or just the on board be fine?
