What is the motherboard's make and model?

Command Rate 2 could be 2T or 2N depending on the BIOS brand and version.

From the main menu of the CMOS Setup Utilty for the AMI BIOS select Cell Menu.

Select the Advance DRAM Configuration and Press Enter to open the Advance DRAM Configuration sub menu screen.

When the DRAM Timing Mode is set to [DCT 0], [DCT1] or [Both], the 1T/2T Memory Timing field is adjustable.

Set this 1T/2T Memory Timing field to [2T] if you are manually entering in your memory timings and if your memory modules have a 2T command rate specification. Set it to 1T if your memory modules are rated to run at a 1T command rate.
