I am looking to replace my Nvidia 8400GS with something with a little more kick. And it can not be more than $60.00

(I have a 350w PSU and a display with 1440x900 and PCI Express 16X slot and i do not care weather the card is ATI or Nvidia)

Actually I live in canada so these cards are a little over my budget
(newegg has not looked at the Canada/US exchange rate for a little while)

Nowhere near as fast.

The card I linked is the best option/answer.

A 5450 is not a gaming card. Go with at least a Radeon 4650 or nVidia 9500GT. The card builderbobftw recommended is about as good as you will get without increasing your budget.

This card is a piece compared to the cards I posted, but it dosn't matter I was looking at gaming I guess you were looking at surfing the internet!
