Decrease CL after OC

hi all , i have ddr3 memory 2x2 1333@ 1528mhz CL 9 Stock.

i want to try to decrease the Latency, but i dont know how to start

What motherboard...a Gigabyte P55-UD3L? (The picture is unclear.)
What manufacturer of memory?

Memory timings are very touchy!

It would be better to overclock the memory to 1600, than change CL timings. The difference b/t 8 & 9 is minute, at these speeds.
