What is wrong when a dell t100 desktop keeps on giving continous beep sounds

t100 produces continous beep sounds and cant show the screen, i tried to put another ram and cms batery but still same problem please help

I think your RAM's have gone bad. Before asking for advice, its always best to mention you complete PC configuration. Could you please mention that?

And in this case.. how old is your PC?
