My old laptop (Toshiba Satellite) keeps booting in Safe Mode. Each time I
restart it does the same thing. How can I get it to boot NOT in Safe Mode?
Cheers.

You need to provide some more information about your laptop. What version
of Windows does it run? For how long has it been doing this?
Oh and if by "old" you mean "I have a new one," then I'd just get whatever
files/documents you need from the Tosh and reformat then reload it.
