Windows xp system restore disk download free

Hello,I have no boot disk or my pc, Ive got a black screen which says.DISK BOOT FAILURE,INSERT SYSTEM DISK AND PRESS ENTER. any ideas?

Sounds like a HDD that failed, so you'll need to reinstall the OS once you get that replaced. Restore media is typically not offered as a download, so you can try contacting the computer manufacturer, maybe they'll be able to supply you with something. Otherwise, there's always Linux.
