Should i get a new fan ?

i have an amd fx-8350 and the stock fan wouldm't fit over the barckets so i put my old fx-6100 fan on it instead and it gets really hot like 50 degrees idle and 80 degrees under load should i get a new one, if so what one it should be £30 or under ?
