Errors are related to data corruption on the disk... meaning your hard drive may need to be checked to fix file system errors and recover bad disk sectors...

Or logon in Safe Mode F8 immediately right afer the BIOS post... press and hold or click every second or two... and from the Windows XP GUI in safe mode, perform a disk check from the C:\drive properties\tools\check now.
