CORSAIR PSU

Its kindof a whaky question.l could i buy a Corsair CX400W Power Supply for $30 and rest it on top of my slimline 531s computer (its laying flat lik this [====()----] ) and feed the wires through the hole ? not sure if thee wires are long enough, but don't think this case is that big either

Looks to me like it would work fine. Just make sure that if this is your way of replacing your internal power supply, that the PSU is not the only case fan in your system since the corsair being outside the case would not help with airflow.
