No power in Gigabyte MA785GM - US2H

Hello,
I just assembled my PC.
1) Powersafe/VIP 400 W GOLD PSU
2) Athlon II 250 3 ghz
3) Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H 1.0
2) Transend 1 GB DDR II RAM

Turned it on. I see no power, no fans running, no lights, nothing!

I checked my PSU (shorting green and black wire)... So, the PSU is working fine.

Also, I just have 2x2 12v plug but the board needs 2x4 12v plug. As far as I know, it shouldn't matter. Anyways, pointed it out.

Anything I could do?

Please help me out! I'm about to pull my hairs here.

Wow, I had trouble finding this. It used to be a sticky. I don't know why it isn't anymore. But it will help you.
