want an advice for a PSU

i have a pc :
-AMD Phenom X3 2.2ghz
-2 sticks DDR2 pc 6400, 1 stick is 2gb and 1 is 1gb
-1 DVD-RW
-1HDD 320gb Sata
-1 card reader internal
-1 VGA ECS N9800GT RSV2 512mb (has the Arctic vga cooling like this pic) :

So i'm wondering how many Watt for a PSU should i buy for this system. Please help me

For that rig,a good 40W PSU suffices,have a look at Corsair HX450

Yes, a quality 400W PSU is enough.

Newegg has an ocz 600w for about $25 after rebate in todays email promos. I use the ocz 400w with 135mm fan, and it's very quiet and stable with my overclocked i3.
