Power Supply Issue

Hello Guys,I'm new here and if you could so kindly give me your opinion about my problem.
I'm planning to upgrade my display card but few of my friends said that my power supply will be not enough to carry my system as it is now. My spec pc is...

09. Geforce GS7300 Dedicated 256mb + Shared 2031mb
10. 1 unit usb memory card reader
11. USB External DVD writer Panasonic
12. Hdd Samsung120gb IDE +Hdd Samsung 500Gb IDE
13. Motherboard ASUS P5P43TD PRO
14. Coller Master SILENT PROM600

I'm planning to upgrade to new Geforce GTX 460.....But is it true that when i upgrade my new display card i will having power issue?..this worries me and i hope u guys can give me your opinion as i have no knowledge what so ever in calculating how many power i have to use....Thanks

The CM Silent Pro is a good unit and the 600w is nominal.
It is capable of 678w on load so i don't see a problem.
The GTX 460's power consumption is under 270w on full load.

But the bad news is ...i still got 5 pieces 2TB that haven't use yet as i don't have any space SATA port for my MB...Planning in future maybe to put pci Sata slot ....T.T
