Powercolor HD3650 PCI-E vs NVIDIA GeForce 7950 GT?

HD3650 was released in 2008 while 7950 in 2006, but I believe 7950 is a better choice(256bit), but is it? Core clock speed is slower in 7950, am I right?

Thank you in advance,

Ahh I see. Not sure how much of an upgrade it would be Maksym. It may be worth looking at Toms Hardware graphics charts to see if it is worth your time.
