You do NOT EVER open a power supply. There is enough voltage in one of those things to kill you. Better off to buy a new power supply and replace it. If you aren't sure, check with a local shop, and you should be able to find someone honest.

The average person should NEVER open a power supply. There are voltages in the primary side of the power supply upwards of 250+ VDC at currents that can kill you in an instant. And, even if you change the fuse, there's a reason the fuse blew in the first place. I'd just recommend you replace the power supply.
