Crossfire with SLI board

Hello,

Posing a question for you guys to answer,

I have a MSI NF750-G55 SLI board. If, lets say, I wan't to use crossfire instead of SLI in the future, is this capable of doing so running at 8x? Here are the rest of my specs:

More about crossfire board
  1. No, the MSI NF750-G55 is ONLY SLI and will not run CF -> http://us.msi.com/index.php?func=prodmbspec&maincat_no=1&cat2_no=&cat3_no=&prod_no=1879#menu It runs the nVidia chipset. However, it will run one (1) ATI {AMD} GPU.

    Lane speeds {"When 2 PCI Express x16 slots are all installed, the PCIE x 16 lanes will auto arrange form x16/ x0 to x8/ x8."} = http://www.msi.com/index.php?func=proddesc&maincat_no=1&prod_no=1874
  2. No. Unfortunately, with AMD boards, it's an either/or scenario. ATI for Crossfire, nForce for SLI.
I think there's driver hacks that can sort of force it to work, but I wouldn't recommend it.
