Help with 8150

I am planning on overclocking my amd 8150 on my crosshair v formula board but i have know idea how or what i should do in bios, there is a OC button on the board itself but idk if its safe to press it someone help me :O and i only have the stock cooler and it never goes over 50c when playing any of my games and pretty much bounces from the 20's and 30's when im not gaming

First off, get a nice after market cooler.... if your cpu goes over 62C it will die. Maybe not right away but after continued use it definitely will degrade and possibly fry.

There are many great coolers out there. One of the best air coolers is the Noctua NH-D14. A good water cooler (closed loop) would be something like the corsair h100i
