Motherboard for this budget gaming setup?

Hey guys, so I am currently trying to upgrade my current parts to keep up with modern games, but I am trying to keep my budget to around 400, but if necessary could drop one or two more hundred dollars.

Currently running Windows XP but planning on upgrading to Windows 7

I'm trying to achieve the best settings graphics-wise for a 1920x1080 resolution that I could afford and currently I've narrowed the parts I need to purchase to

- Phenom II x4 processor
- Radeon HD 5770 1GB graphics card
- still need to find RAM and power supply


Now, could somebody recommend me a motherboard that would suffice for my needs?
