Is there any way to use my HD4890 as the primary GPU but have my onboard HDMI as the primary display? I want to use said HDMI, as I prefer it to DVI, but my 4890 does not have a HDMI interface, whereas my IGP (HD3300) does. I turned on the 3300 in the bios, but I can only get it to use the 3300 when I'm under HDMI output.

Why do you prefer HDMI over DVI? The video signal carried on both cables is identical, the only difference is that HDMI can carry audio as well, but if you are using separate speakers and only care about running video to your monitor it makes no difference if you use an HDMI cable or a dual link DVI cable.
