Picture and Fax Viewer displays images out of order

I am facing problem with 96dpi tiff images in xp system they are inverting when saving in xp system .
but they r looking fine in my windows7 system.

It's due to how the picture info is saved in the picture. Rotate the images in XP in a image editor and save them. For new ones, save them in the correct orientation.

I have edited the Image and rotated but still the Image in Inverted only, I found some where else XP will ignore the Photometric tag of a tiff image. it this correct?
If so advise me the solution.
